Rachel has been working as Practice Manager for 6 years. Coming from a career in management and business she is committed and passionate about ensuring quality services are delivered to clients and is proud of Evolve’s reputation within the community. She is responsible for staff training in providing quality care and customer service to maintain the highest standards possible.

A vibrant face of the business ,the key aspect of her job she enjoys the most is her interactions with people and building strong links with clients and peers.

She does not do sitting down well so when not at work you will find her cheering her daughters on from the sport field sidelines , racing to get to a gym class, and spending valued time with family and friends. She has a passion for theatre, art and collecting anything vintage or different.
