Restore Package (6 week programme):

This is a follow-on rehabilitation package for patients that show increased injury risk after completing the Y-Balance test.

This is a complete programme to correct your movement patterns and balance to allow you to safely return to sport or physical activity with a minimal level of risk.

The programme includes

• Exercise programme based on Assessment findings of Y-Balance test
• Follow-up sessions at 1, 2, 4 weeks to ensure good exercise technique and progress.
• Reassessment at 6 weeks of Y-balance test and review on current exercise programme
• E-mailed or printed Physiotec* exercise programme which includes video and pictures of the exercises to ensure good technique.

All this for $234 (a $266 value) If the Restore Package is purchased with the Y-balance test we will offer a discounted rate of $295 for both (total value of $329).
