Activate Package (12 weeks):

This is added onto the Function Movement Screen and is designed to correct your movement patterns which will improve your whole body function and minimise your injury risk.

This will allow you to train and perform at a higher level while minimising your risk of injury.

The programme includes the following:

• x 40 min one on one session with a Physiotherapist to complete your prescribed exercise programme and ensure correct technique and so you understand all the exercises.
• 2 x 20 minute one on one follow-up sessions (at 4 and 8 weeks of programme) to progress and modify your exercises to ensure a quick response to your programme.
• Reassessment at 6 and 12 weeks including re-analysis of your FMS score results.
• E-mailed or printed Physiotec* exercise programme which includes video and pictures of the exercises to ensure good technique.
• Final Maintenance programme to ensure long term results.
