Medbridge is a exercise prescription application which allows our Physiotherapist to e-mail patient’s personalised rehabilitation programmes. This includes educational information about specific conditions, exercise videos and information.
A downloadable app for smart phones is available for free to access all exercise programmes and ensure correct technique.
