Brenna Minogue

BHSc (Physiotherapy)

Brenna is a physiotherapist in East Auckland with a patient-centred approach focused on building movement confidence, promoting independence and helping people achieve the goals that matter most to them. She completed her Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy in 2024 and brings a genuine enthusiasm for exercise rehabilitation and education to her work at Evolve Physiotherapy.

Brenna combines hands-on techniques with a strong emphasis on active recovery, supporting patients in developing the skills and confidence to manage their own progress between appointments and over the long term.

Clinical background

During her clinical training, Brenna gained experience across a broad range of settings. At Whangārei Hospital she worked in the Intensive Care Unit and acute surgical wards, developing a strong foundation in acute care physiotherapy. She also worked in neurological rehabilitation, supporting individuals with stroke, Parkinson’s disease and spinal cord injury.

In musculoskeletal private practice, Brenna worked with both children and adults managing sporting injuries, post-operative rehabilitation and overuse conditions. She also provided physiotherapy support to women’s rugby league teams, building experience in injury management, exercise prescription and working effectively within a team environment.

Since joining Evolve Physiotherapy, Brenna has continued to develop her interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and exercise-based rehabilitation, with a particular focus on helping patients build strength, restore movement and return to the activities they enjoy.

A little about Brenna

Outside the clinic, Brenna enjoys gym training and walking. She has a long-standing background in netball, which she continues to play socially.
