In a musculoskeletal private practice, Brenna worked with children and adults managing a range of conditions, including sporting injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and overuse injuries. She also supported women’s rugby league teams, developing skills in injury management, exercise prescription, and communication within a team environment.
Brenna takes a patient-centred approach, focusing on building movement confidence, promoting independence, and achieving meaningful goals. She has a strong interest in exercise-based rehabilitation and education, and enjoys integrating hands-on techniques where appropriate to support active recovery.
Outside the clinic, Brenna enjoys gym training and walking, and has a long-standing background in netball, which she continues to play socially.
